Welcome to BootBoss! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BootBoss website (“Site”) and the purchase and use of BootBoss products. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. BootBoss and Solidtech Engineering Services Pty Ltd are not liable for any delay in delivery. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Intellectual Property:
All content on the Site, including designs, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of BootBoss or Solidtech Engineering Services Pty Ltd or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. BootBoss is tradmarked and designs are Patent Pending.
Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: use of the Site for any illegal purpose, engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall BootBoss or Solidtech Engineering Services Pty Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms:
BootBoss and Solidtech Engineering Services Pty Ltd reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
