BootBoss Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing BootBoss, our innovative design to enhance the organisation and safety of work boot storage. We appreciate your trust in our product.

30-Day Satisfaction Limited Guarantee:

We are confident that BootBoss will meet and exceed your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return up to 5 units per order within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. For customers looking to place large orders we we suggest a smaller trial quantity first as larger volumes are manufactured to order and returns are not accepted for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

How to Initiate a Refund:

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at customercare@bootboss.com.au within 30 days of receiving your BootBoss product.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if there is visible damage or defect.
  3. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your BootBoss product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at customercare@bootboss.com.au with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that customised or modified BootBoss products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
